Abstract
The aesthetic demission of work and organizational life has attracted the attention of organizational aesthetics. This study has taken a trippartite approach to appraise organizational aesthetics in the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua; the material and physical aspect the formal and structural aspect, and the symbolic and interpretative aspect. The utilization of space, time, badges, nameplates, logos and emblems for aesthetic and communicative purpose were discussed. Then aesthetics in leadership style by the management of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua was highlighted in the study.
