A questionnaire was designed specifically for Teachers-librarians to gather information. Data collected were presented in tables, frequency and mean score. The hypotheses were tested using chi-square and t-test statistics. Based
on the findings, the study revealed lack of adequate number of qualified teacher-librarians in the schools. This has some implications on library services delivery. It also revealed lack of infrastructural facilities and relevant materials to enhance teaching and learning in the schools. The study recommended among others restructuring of the library school curriculum to meet the needs of teachers-librarians in Nigeria.
