This study objectively identified and addressed the challenges of peer review in future development of science and how peer review can remove rhetorical statements in scientific research. The intent of peer review process is the assessment of scientific research outcomes and applications to determine its implication, capability and genuity, and also to use as a selection tool in scientific research funding and fellowship. The authors explores the important role played by peer review in scientific research, acknowledged the obstacles of the evaluation process, their sources and how to eliminate the problems and various ways of improving the review system.
